As Founder of Pacific Realty and the Hawaii Institute of Real Estate, Kaleo believes the “sales process” is primarily an educational process. He labors to equip agents with the knowledge they need to inform clients, which empowers clients to make the best decision for themselves and their families. 

 

Kaleo is a licensed General Contractor who, in his free time, enjoys making music and playing pick-up basketball. Having graduated from Waialua High and the University of Hawaii with a degree in Communication, he currently resides in Kakaako on the South Shore of Oahu.
